Information you give us: name, email, and phone number when you join, subscribe, or fill out a form; billing details when you purchase (processed by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers); questionnaire and survey answers when you apply for coaching; messages you send us or post in the community.
Information collected automatically: device and usage data (pages visited, links clicked, approximate location from IP) via cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels.
Your coaching intake answers can be personal. We use them only to match you with a coach, prepare your sessions, and improve the coaching program. They are shared with your matched coach and the small internal team that administers coaching — never sold, and never used in public marketing without your explicit permission.
To deliver purchases and memberships; to send the content and logins you request; to schedule and hold coaching sessions; to send emails and texts you've opted into (you can unsubscribe from marketing anytime — reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails); to run and measure our advertising; to keep the Network secure; and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers who help us run the Network: our platform and CRM provider, payment processors, video conferencing (for coaching sessions), email/SMS delivery, analytics and advertising partners, and cloud infrastructure. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also share information when the law requires it or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies and pixels (including from social and search advertising platforms) to keep the site working, understand what content helps, and show relevant ads to people who've visited.
