These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of alchemichealingnetwork.com and related member portals and services (together, the "Network"), operated by Alchemic Healing ("we," "us," "our"), 21750 Hardy Oak, Suite 102, San Antonio, Texas 78258. By using the Network, purchasing from our store, joining a membership, or booking a coaching session, you agree to these Terms.
The Network offers digital content (including the Full Conversations collection and action guides), paid and free memberships, a private community, live and recorded webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions delivered by Network coaches.
Coaching sessions offered through the Network are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and no coach-client, therapist-patient, or doctor-patient relationship is created — regardless of any coach's outside credentials. If you are experiencing a crisis or need clinical care, contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Network or book coaching. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.
Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Memberships and monthly coaching containers are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the end of the paid period. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Digital products (guides, conversations, courses) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because they cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final except where required by law or where we choose, at our discretion, to issue a refund. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable; cancelling prevents future charges.
Sessions are booked through Network calendars and held by Zoom or phone, at your choice. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. Package and container sessions must be used within the period stated at purchase.
The community is a shared space. Harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation, and sharing other members' personal information are prohibited, and we may remove content or members who violate these standards. What's shared in the community by other members is their content, not professional advice.
All Network content — conversations, guides, courses, recordings, branding — is owned by Alchemic Healing or its licensors and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share purchased content or member content outside the Network.
Network coaches are independent providers operating under the Alchemic Healing framework, and coaching relationships are administered through the Network. Coach compensation, referral commissions, and affiliate participation are governed by separate agreements.
The Network is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific outcomes from any content, membership, or coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemic Healing's total liability for any claim relating to the Network is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Network after changes means you accept them.
